As a Bay Area-based Day Of Wedding Coordinator serving California couples, I help you feel calm, confident, and fully present. From building a master timeline and confirming logistics with your vendors, to cueing your ceremony and managing the flow—I handle the details so you don’t have to.

Mia Jasmine Weddings specializes in Day Of Coordination and Set Up that keeps your vision intact and your wedding day running smoothly. My goal is to make planning more enjoyable, give you peace of mind, and allow you to step back and truly be in the moment.

Hi, I'm Mia.

Your Wedding Day BFF

I'm the owner and lead coordinator of Mia Jasmine Weddings—and your go-to girl for the big day. I was born and raised on the Central Coast and earned my BA in Legal Studies from UC Santa Cruz (go Banana Slugs!). Many of the weddings I coordinate take place under open skies and between trees, and that's exactly where I thrive. I've always felt the romance and pull of Northern California and I feel incredibly lucky to help couples start their forever in a place this beautiful.

​Before weddings, I spent years in the restaurant and hospitality industry, learning how to stay calm under pressure, solve problems fast, and take care of people. Now, I bring that same energy to wedding days, helping couples feel grounded, supported, and free to be fully present (and tear up the dance floor).

​​​​

I stumbled into weddings by accident and I couldn't be more grateful that I did. Day Of Coordination lets me combine my organizational skills and attention to detail with something deeply meaningful. I get to witness the love between two people up close, be there for couples through the final stretch of wedding planning, and celebrate them as they step into the next chapter of their lives. Supporting couples as they say “I Do” brings me the utmost joy, and it's truly an honor to be trusted with every single one of my couples' special days.

When I'm not planning or coordinating weddings across Santa Cruz, Big Sur, Carmel, Monterey, Napa, Corralitos, or the greater Bay Area, you can find me outside—soaking up the sun, out in the mountains, or at the beach with my dog Maverick. And if I'm inside, I'm probably curled up on the couch with a good book.

You're happy to plan—but when the day comes, you want someone you trust to take it from there. That's what this package is for: calm, capable support to make sure your wedding day flows the way you envisioned.

 

We'll talk through your vendor list, timeline, checklist, and all the little details that come with weddings. My job is to help you feel supported, relaxed, and excited to marry your person—while keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes.

This package includes up to six virtual planning meetings, plus an in-person venue walk-through. You'll also have email access to me anytime for questions or updates. I'll be there for your ceremony rehearsal, and on the day of your wedding, you'll have me and one assistant coordinating it all from start to finish.

Going the DIY route and just need help setting it all up (and breaking it down) on the Day Of? This package is for you.

 

It's perfect for couples who want to bring their own style to the day—but don't want to ask family or friends to handle set-up or stay late to pack everything away. I'll make sure your vision is brought to life, exactly how you imagined it.

Once booked, we'll meet in person for a venue walk-through to go over your ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception layout. We'll also connect for three virtual planning meetings to go over rentals and create a detailed inventory and packing list of everything you're bringing into the venue.

 

On your wedding day, you'll have me and one assistant to set up your decor when your venue opens, and break it all down and repack it with care when the night is over.
